Beta Program Notice
WorkTogetherAI is currently operating in closed beta. These terms are provided in a simplified format during this testing phase. A comprehensive, legally reviewed Terms of Service will be published prior to our official public launch. By participating in the beta, you acknowledge that features, policies, and terms may change as we refine the platform.
1. About WorkTogetherAI
WorkTogetherAI is an online marketplace that connects individuals and organizations who need AI-generated content validated with skilled validators who can review that content for accuracy, quality, and reliability. The platform facilitates job posting, bidding, secure payments through escrow, and content review workflows.
2. Beta Participation
As a beta participant, you understand and agree to the following:
- The platform is under active development and may contain bugs or incomplete features
- Service availability is not guaranteed and downtime may occur without notice
- Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time
- Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve the platform for everyone
3. Account Requirements
To use WorkTogetherAI, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Maintain only one account per person
- Have a valid beta invite code during the closed beta period
4. Payments and Escrow
All payments on WorkTogetherAI are processed securely through Stripe. When a job poster accepts a bid, funds are held in escrow until the work is completed and approved. This protects both parties by ensuring validators are paid for completed work and job posters receive the quality they expect. Refund and dispute processes are available if issues arise.
5. Acceptable Use
When using WorkTogetherAI, you agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
- Attempt to bypass the escrow system or platform fees
- Harass, threaten, or act disrespectfully toward other users
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without written permission
- Misrepresent your qualifications, identity, or work
6. Limitation of Liability
During this beta period, WorkTogetherAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform secure and functional, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, particularly as we transition from beta to a full public launch. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered users via email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
